Plane Carrying NBA Team Damaged While Mid-Air
A plane carrying an NBA Team was damaged while mid-air last night.
The Oklahoma City Thunder were en route to Chicago on Friday evening after losing to the Timberwolves when their plane was struck by what is believed to be a bird. At the time, the plane was flying at an altitude of 30 thousand feet.
Shortly after the ordeal, players took to social media to describe the incident.
Carmelo Anthony shared the damage to the plane on his Instagram account, asking what could have caused the damage at that particular hour in the evening.
Steven Adams tweeted about the ordeal and asked NASA what they thought could have caused the nose of the plane to become damaged.
