Mariah Carey Is Facing Another Lawsuit
Mariah Carey is about to face another lawsuit.
Just when we thought Mariah was going to start 2018 on the right foot, this happens.
According to HotHewHipHop, Carey is being sued for $3 million by a company called, Fenix, over some cancelled South America shows back in 2016.
Originally, Carey was doing the suing over some fees she thought she was never paid but later withdrew the claims. Now, Fenix is suing her because of newly found legal documents that prove she was indeed paid over $700,000, which was nearly all of what she was owed.
The whole ordeal is over Mariah wanting to be paid in full for the cancelled shows, in which she did not perform at the fault of the promoters, not Mariah herself.
