TMZ is reporting the rapper is being sued by a woman who reportedly said she was raped at his house.
Allegedly, the rape was committed by one of Brown’s friends.
According to court documents, the woman was raped multiple times during the party.
While she did try to leave on multiple occasions, she was unable to escape.
While Brown was not allegedly involved in the rape, other women were reportedly forced to make out with him during the party.
Immediately upon leaving the party, the woman did go to a treatment center for rape.
As of 3 p.m. police are investigating the incident.
