#TB: Songs You May Have Forgotten – “Rock The Boat” By Aaliyah
Do you ever come across songs that you have forgotten (or wish you had)?
Today’s feature is nothing we could forget, but there’s never a bad time to bump some Aaliyah. The song in question is “Rock The Boat,” which seems to get the least amount of play out of all of Aaliyah’s jams – as “Are You That Somebody?” tends to take the front seat.
The shocking part about that was that just days after filming this music video, the 22-year-old was killed when the plane crashed. You would think that more people would jam that song for that reason alone.
Many people have said that they believe Aaliyah would be prime competition to someone like Beyonce if she had lived.
