I mean, it's not like the design isn't generic already or anything.

TMZ reports that her newest perfume is under heat for its bottle design, and a company called Vibes Media is suing Kim Kardashian for allegedly stealing her logo, as well as wanting the rest of the perfumes destroyed.

The bottle looks similar to the logo that Vibes Media has hanging in their office, which according to The Blast, Vibes Media says they trademarked in 2012.

In my opinion, they could both be counter-sued by Apple, because it literally looks like a text bubble, but that's just my take.
