Cleaning Crew Makes A Tragic Discovery After Flight Leaves Charlotte

A fetus was found on board an American Airlines plane that departed Charlotte and arrived in New York on Monday evening.
Flight 1942 arrived at Terminal B at La Guardia Airport.
According to Spectrum News, the fetus was found in the restroom this morning by a cleaning crew.
Authorities have determined that the mother of the child was about five months into her pregnancy.
An investigation is underway. As a result, the plane is not currently in service.
Police are urging the public or anyone on the flight to come forward if they have any information regarding this incident.
