Jennifer Garner And Ben Affleck’s Divorce Might Not Be Happening After All
Fans of Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were shocked when they announced they were separating nearly three years ago.
Since then, they have been spotted together on multiple occasions with their children, in addition to taking family vacations together.
Throughout it all, they both maintained they were no longer a couple.
Fast forward to today, and Ben and Jennifer are still married — At least legally.
According to Pop Culture, the actor and actress officially filed for divorce in 2017, however, Garner never submitted her final judgement, and has received three requests from the court to respond. Thus far, she has not replied.
Failure to submit her final judgement could result in the divorce case being thrown out.
If that were to happen, the former couple would have to re-file all new paperwork if they indeed plan to get a divorced.
It’s not exactly clear why Garner is hesitant to get legally divorced.
Is it possible she wants to get back together with Ben?
That could be the case, but Ben is currently dating a producer from Saturday Night Live.
It will be interesting to see how this one plays out.
