Cambridge Mobile Telematics, an analytics agency, has surveyed to determine the most dangerous cities for trick-or-treaters because of distracted drivers. According to People, five cities were considered the most distracted: Park City, Utah; Memphis, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; Miami, Florida; and Ocean City, Maryland. Cities with drivers most likely to speed are Portland, Oregon; Cape Cod, Massachusetts; Jacksonville, Florida; and The Hampton in New York.

Since Ocean City, Maryland was listed under both categories, they are officially the most dangerous city for trick-or-treaters. Miami is second.

Cambridge Mobile Telematics did name several cities with safe roads. They were Seattle, Washington; Las Vegas, Nevada; San Jose, California; Long Beach, California; and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
