Tamar Braxton Says Men Are Gay If They Lay With You For Days ‘And He Don’t Touch You’
Singer Tamar Braxton recently issued a “Public Service Announcement” on Instagram. The “Love and War” singer said that a man is gay “if he lays with you for 3,4,10 days and he don’t touch [you].”
“The truth is ladies that these dudes out here really do be gay!! It ain’t enough money, beauty, hair, babies in the world to keep them!! They want D—!! Periodt!!,” Braxton wrote in her Instagram story.
“It’s nothing wrong with you, but they will find EVERY reason in the world to make u not good enough!! If he lays with you for 3,4, 10 days and he don’t touch u, it’s NOT YOU!! HE WANT A MAN!! and that’s on my momma.”
The singer and reality TV star who stars on WE TV’s Braxton Family Values alongside her sisters caused fans to wonder if she was referring to her boyfriend, David Adefeso. A myriad of fans flocked to Adefeso’s Instagram page commenting and referencing Braxton’s post.

A few days ago, Adefeso shared a video himself on Instagram while grocery shopping. “In beautiful Cowtown Fort Worth working on some big deals. Not a lot of vegan options here and my @tamarbraxton isn’t here to feed me so gotta go shopping for good,” he wrote in his caption. “Found a great store with lots of good options.
Braxton commented, “Please quit Instagram!!! OMG,” along with the facepalm emoji. It’s unclear why Braxton told Adefeso to quit Instagram.
A slew of fans also flocked to Braxton’s Instagram page and left comments claiming that the singer is homophobic and that they are disappointed in her.
“Beyonce and Halle Berry were both cheated on. Just because a man don’t want you doesn’t mean he’s gay. Maybe he just don’t want you sis! The fact that you thought this was even ok to post is aread within itself. Keep on digging yourself into that deeper hole of being just Toni [Braxton]’s sister,” one fan wrote.
