Rapper YG Apologizes To LGBTQ Community For Old Views
Los Angeles rapper YG started off 2020 with an apology. The artist and actor took to Twitter on Wednesday (New Year’s Day) to tell the LGBTQ community that he was sorry for his past ignorance.
“It’s been brought to my attention that my old views on life was ignorant,” he wrote. “I apologize to the LGBTQ [community] for ever [coming] across like I was anything but respectful and accepting. Live. Love. Ya Life. Gang!”

Live. Love. Ya Life. Gang!
It’s currently unclear what prompted the “Go Loko” rapper to issue the apology. It’s also uncertain exactly which “old views” YG was referring to. However, many of the LA rapper’s fans were happy to see YG take accountability and say sorry.

Great way to start a year by acknowledging wrongs as you also indirectly teaching all these millions following u.
Don't know u, but proud of you. Don't stop exposing all you learn too and help make the world a safer place for everyone

Some Twitter users suspected that YG issued the apology due to singer Kehlani, who he previously dated, identifying as queer. Back in September of 2019, the pair confirmed their relationship. However, it’s currently unclear whether the two are still together. Last month, Kehlani posted a now-deleted tweet stating that she was single, as Complex reports.
He only saying that to appease to kehlani 😂😂😂
