Angela Bassett Prepares For Madame Tussauds Wax Figure
Actress Angela Bassett is one of the latest stars who will receive a wax figure by Madame Tussauds Hollywood.
The actress who is known for her notable roles in films like Malcolm X, Waiting To Exhale, What’s Love Got To Do With It and Black Panther recently took to Instagram to share with her fans that she’d be getting something that she “never dreamed” of.
“Hey Everybody you good? Going to do something I never dreamed would happen to me… stay tuned!” Bassett wrote in a post on Instagram on Monday (Feb. 17).
Bassett then shared a series of photos and videos of her experience. The first video that the award-winning actress shared was of her hand casting.
Bassett also shared a video of her experience while she completed the posing part of her wax figure preparation while wearing a sparkly red and gold sequins jumpsuit.
The actress shared a photo and video that documented the “sitting” portion of her wax figure preparation.
At the end of Bassett’s Madame Tussauds experience, the actress posed with the staff members and provided the final touch, which was her signature.
In the past, some fans of celebrities have claimed that Madame Tussauds didn’t get the likeness of their favorites correct (Nicki Minaj and Beyonce). Hopefully, fans of Angela Bassett will be pleased with the actress’s wax figure.
Bassett currently stars on Fox’s 9-1-1. She’s also the show’s executive producer.
