Doja Cat Serves ’70s Disco-Glam In ‘Say So’ Video
As promised, on Thursday (Feb. 27) Doja Cat released the visual for her single “Say So.” “He ain’t never seen it in a dress like this / He ain’t never even been impressed like this,” Doja Cat sings on the track that comes from her 2019 release Hot Pink.
In the video, Doja Cat takes her fans for a ride in sunny ’70s Los Angeles where she covets her handyman who is tasked with fixing her record player. The “Tia Tamera” singer-rapper then struts around in a myriad of dresses that include shimmer.
“Day to night to morning / Keep with me in the moment / I’d let you had I known it / Why don’t you say so?” Doja sings on the hook. She also surprises fans by hitting their TikTok dance moves in the video.

Later on in the day, Doja Cat meets her handyman again at a disco club where she comes with a tiger in tow before the party kicks up a notch. Instagram-famous dancer Donté Colley also makes a cameo in “Say So.”
The release of the “Say So” video comes just a few hours after Doja Cat performed the song on The Tonight Show where she also served ’70s glam with a hot pink disco club set.
