Brittney Griner Announces Virtual Basketball Training Partnership
Six-times WNBA All-Star Brittney Griner recently announced a virtual basketball training partnership with The Jet Academy.
The Phoenix Mercury center took to Instagram to make the announcement on Wednesday (July 8).
“I’m super excited to announce that I’ve partnered with [The Jet Academy] to offer virtual basketball training!” Griner wrote in the caption of her post, making the announcement via video.
“You can go online to JetAcademycamp.com to learn & train with me anywhere, anytime. Click the link in my bio to sign up.”
“Hey, everybody. I’m Brittney Griner. I’m doing my first live virtual camp,” the WNBA champion says in her video.
“You can stream it from anywhere, anyplace, any device once you sign up at JetAcademyCamp.com . Let me know.”
During the virtual camp sessions, Brittney Griner will be teamed up with Seattle Storm’s Breanna Stewart in a week-long session that runs from August 3-7.
There are five daily live lesions in the session, and they are available for unlimited watching and come with a live question and answer session.
The sessions are priced by weekly, monthly, and yearly terms. The camp costs $89 for weekly sessions, $39 a month for six months, and $29 a month for a full year.
The Jet Academy also offers virtual training sessions with the Boston Celtics starting point guard, Kemba Walker, the Indiana Pacer’s point guard, Victor Oladipo, the Atlanta Hawks’ point guard, Trae Young, as well as new NBA player that’s “coming soon.”
