Megan Thee Stallion Shares Photos of Foot Injuries
In a now-deleted post, Megan Thee Stallion took to Instagram to share photos of her foot injuries from being shot. The “WAP” rapper shared one photo of her foot, which showcased a few stitches that were still left and a large bloody gash. The second photo was of Megan while she was in a hospital room.
“Lol what I have learned [about the] majority of the people on social media is y’all like to hear bad news before good news, a lie spreads quicker than the truth, and y’all really be beliving the sh– YALL make up… I got hit at the back of my feet because when I got shot I was WALKING AWAY FACING THE BACK,” the rapper explained.
“Why would I lie [about] getting shot? Why are y’all so upset that I don’t wanna be in the bed sad? Why y’all upset that I can walk? I got my stitches out my feet like 2 weeks ago and I was ready to go celebrate WAP going number 1…”
“I usually don’t address internet bullsh– but y’all people are so sick!” she continued. “God was really watching over me and I’m healing so well! Sorry I’m not as sad and miserable as a lot of y’all lol but I’mma keep being Megan Thee MF STALLION.”
As we previously reported, during a recent interview, Kehlani indirectly talked about taking Tory Lanez off of her song “Can I” due to his alleged involvement with Megan Thee Stallion getting shot. “The things that I stand for and the things that I push so hard to hold space for as someone with a large platform. As someone that people look up to as a woman that makes other women feel safe and empowered, people were asking me ‘Are you gonna keep somebody on it who doesn’t necessarily make us feel safe or empowered?’” Kehlani explained.
“As a woman and not only was it that but the situation was involving someone [Megan Thee Stalliion] that I’m extremely close to. So I just felt like on some loyal s— and on some do the right thing you have to be responsible.”
Kehlani also explained that Lanez’ removal from the song was discussed. “It was conversed in private. It was spoken about. It was all thorough. It was business and it was also loyalty to a situation” she said. “It’s not an industry friendship. That’s really my friend. This is someone that I say, ‘I love you’ too.”
