Lori Loughlin’s Husband Sentenced To Five Months For College Admissions Scandal
Mossimo Giannulli, husband of Lori Loughlin, has been sentenced to five months in jail for his role in the college admissions scandal, as reported by Page Six.
As the outlet explains, he and Lori bribed their daughters’ way into USC by paying $500,000 to college fixer William “Rick” Singer to make them look like rowing recruits. They state, “They involved both their daughters in the fraud, directing them to pose in staged photographs for use in fake athletic profiles and instructing one daughter how to conceal the scheme from her high school counselor.”
The terms of Giannulli’s plea deal were approved earlier on a Zoom conference call. Lori Loughlin will be sentenced later today at 2.30 p.m. She is expected to get two months.
