Summer Walker Says She’s ‘Just Like Everyone Else’
Summer Walker wants her fans to know that she’s “just like everyone else.” The “White Tee” singer took to Instagram on her second page (@galactawhore) and explained in her Instagram story that she can only be authentic.
“You people are so weird lol. IDK how many times I have to say it. I am a human being,” Walker wrote. “I’m not finna put on some fake a– perfect public figure act for y’all. I’m a normal person with feelings and opinions & heartbreak, & drama & bad hair days, etc. just like the rest of you.”

“That’s why I’m so successful, it’s because I’m real and my music is relatable,” Walker continued. “All the same embarrassing crazy funny sh— y’all have done & said as teenagers or young adults, SO HAVE I.”
“Yes, I have a job but I am not my job, there’s a separation. When I get off work I’m just like everyone else,” Walker went on. “I really appreciate the genuine love from of y’all but stop idolizing ppl to the point that you start to dehumanize them. It’s weird,” she concluded.
