Megan Thee Stallion Goes In On Tory Lanes On ‘Shots Fired’ Diss Track
Megan thee Stallion’s new album Good News is officially out, and it starts out with a bang. On the first song on the album, titled “Shots Fired,” she goes in hard on Tory Lanez.
In the diss track, Megan gives more insight into what happened the night of the shooting and does not hold back. She raps:
“Imagine n—s lyin’ ’bout shootin’ a real b—-
Just to save face for rapper n—s you chill with
Imagine me givin’ a f—- it was your f—kin’ birthday
You in your feelings, I just thought it was another Thursday
Now imagine me c—-blockin’ n—s, on some dry s—-
I don’t want you on a b—-, believe you wouldn’t been invited
And if it weren’t for me, same week, you’d a been indicted (Lock yo’ a– up)
You offered Ms not to talk, I guess that made my friend excited (Hm)
Now y’all in cahoots (Okay)
you a p—- boots
You shot a 5’10” b—-, with a .22
Talkin’ ’bout bones and tendons like them bullets weren’t pellets
A p—- n—- with a p—- gun in his feelings
Okay, he in the backseat and he calling me a b—-
We all know the s—- I could’ve came back with
He talkin’ ’bout his followers, stylist and goofy s—-
I told him you’re not poppin’
You just on the remix
Now here we are, 2020, eight months later
And we still ain’t got no f—-in’ justice for Breonna Taylor
Any n—- on that n—- side is a clout chaser
A b—- who he f—-in’ or a ho that he payin’ (Huh)”
Megan then goes on to talk about people calling her a snitch, being the bad guy, and trolls who come after her on social media. She ends the song, saying, “Should’ve let them lock your a— up. P—y.”
