Lil Durk Proposes To Longtime Girlfriend India Royale
Lil Durk popped the question! The Chicago rapper asked his longtime girlfriend India Royale to marry him in Chicago, while on stage on Sunday. After Durk asked India to the center of the stage, he got down on one knee and asked to marry her. “I love you to death. You’ve been holding me down, you know what I’m saying, when I’m going through a lot,” he said after asking the crowd for silence. “Do you want to be my wife?”
India said “yes” and the two embraced each other in a long hug.
Lil Baby, one of Durk’s close friends and collab partner on their joint Voice of the Heroes album, caught the moment on his Instagram Story while acknowledging the huge rock Durk gave India, “OKKKK BRO SET THE STANDARD,” he wrote adding, “Congrats.”
Durk and India share their three-year-old daughter, Willow Banks, together. The couple began dating back in 2017.
