The cover art shows an illustration of Scott in a desert with his body attached to a horse with a cactus in the background, similar to Mehala’s illustration.
The artist claims that he created the illustration in 2015 and sent it to Scott via Instagram DM in 2016 which is the same year the album and its cover art dropped.
Mehala however is not satisfied and wants the case brought in front of a judge. He is suing Scott for hundreds of thousands of dollars and wants sole control of art moving forward.
