Lil Durk Drops ‘7220’ Album, Celebrates By Giving Away Free Bitcoin
Lil Durk’s new album has finally dropped! The Chicago-bred rapper has released his seventh studio album, 7220 Friday (March 11).
The 17-track album was originally slated to compete with Kanye’s Donda 2 and drop on 2/22/2022 (which Ye also failed to do) but later announced that he would release the project on Friday, March 11.
In addition to the No. 1 single “Broadway Girls” featuring controversial country singer Morgan Wallen, the “The Golden Child” rapper tags Future, Summer Walker, and Gunna as features.
The album’s name pays homage to Lil Durk’s grandmother’s address where he grew up with 15 family members including his late brother DThang, “7220 my granny address I grew up in that house that made me the realist,” said Durk when he announced the tracklist on Instagram.

In celebration of his new album, Durk decided to treat his fans at midnight by giving away some free cryptocurrency.
