Kendrick Lamar Reveals Cover Artwork ‘Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers’

Kendrick Lamar has revealed the cover artwork for his upcoming album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.

On the album artwork, Kendrick dons a thorn crown while he holds a child. A woman laying on a bed is also seen holding another baby in the background.

Kendrick recently shared his new song “The Heart Part 5” which was accompanied with a music video where the rapper’s face morphing into several deepfakes, including OJ Simpson, Will Smith, Jussie Smollett, Kobe Bryant, Kanye West, and Nipsey Hussle.

“The Heart Part 5,” is the latest installation of his “The Heart” singles series. The tracks have always arrived prior to the release of a larger project.

Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers is set to drop Friday (May 13).

Drake taps in several artists on this project including Jorja Smith, Young Thug, Quavo, Travis Scott, and more. The mixtape showcases Drake's diversity in genres in this project by having songs in hip-hop, R&B, and afro beats. Although it is a mixtape, it was viewed by fans and critics as one of the best albums of 2017.

  'Culture' is the hip-hop trio Migos' second studio album and was released on January 27, 2017. The album put the Migos at the literal top claiming the No. 1 spot on the US Billboards 200 chart and US R&B Hip Hop Albums chart.
