Kanye Mocks Kid Cudi Over Fans’ Behavior During Rolling Loud Set
Kanye has returned back to Instagram and wasted no time in mocking both Pete Davidson and Kid Cudi.
News broke Friday (August 5) that Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s whirlwind romance has ended after nine months. In a since-deleted Instagram post, Ye decided to poke fun at his Kim’s relationship ending by posting a spoof New York Times headline which read “Skete Davidson Dead At Age 28” on Monday (August 8). However, what fans might not have noticed is that in the subheadline of the article Ye attacks his “Rock N Roll” collaborator. “Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers,” the line read underneath the fake New York Times article.

Ye is referring to concertgoers disrespectfully launching water bottles at Cudi during his headlining Rolling Loud Miami set last month. The Donda rapper was originally the headliner but dropped out of the festival just weeks earlier.
Ye and Cudi had a public falling out back in April after they appeared on Pusha T’s “Rock N Roll” from his album It’s Almost Dry. Cudi Hey! So I know some of you heard about the song I got w Pusha. I did this song a year ago when I was still cool w Kanye. I am not cool w that man. He's not my friend and I only cleared the song for Pusha cuz thats my guy. This is the last song u will hear me on w Kanye -Scott
