Drake Is The Most Shazamed Artist Of All Time With Over 350M Searches
Drake has just added a new accolade to his music career: “The Most Shazamed Artist Of All Time.”
Per HipHopDX, Drake is the most Shazamed artist of all time. He has been Shazamed over 350 million times. The songs in the 350 million searches are divided between songs Drizzy has led or has been featured in. Drake’s 2016 single “One Dance” is his most Shazamed song at over 17 million Shazams. Although the Toronto rapper holds the new title of “Most Shazamed Artist Of All Time” the most Shazamed Hip Hop song of all time belongs to Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ 2012 single “Can’t Hold Us” featuring Ray Dalton.
This new title is only one of Drake’s most recent musical feats. The Honestly, Nevermind rapper’s influence has also shown dominance on the Billboard Hot 100 chart as he beat The Beatles’ 55-year-long title of having the most top five songs on the chart. It earns Drake his 30th career top 5 hit, passing @thebeatles for the most of all time.
