North Carolina Community College Ranked One of the Best in America
A new study is spotlighting the best community colleges in America. That research points to one North Carolina community college as one of the best in America. This is great news, because community colleges are such an important part of the American educational system.
The new research comes from Wallethub, a personal finance website with free credit scores and reports updated daily. In it, they note that the price of paying for tuition at college is a big factor in whether kids go to college. Wallethub also states that the cost of a secondary education keeps going up each year, making it difficult for many students to get a university education. Also, inflation is a factor, since inflation has been going up the past several years. “Other than serving as an affordable, and in some cases free, option for education, community colleges have a number of attractive qualities,” Wallethub adds. “They often provide more flexible schedules, smaller class sizes and rigorous coursework.”
