South Carolina has plenty of lovely small towns, and some of these small towns are known for their entertainment and seasonal events. They say Bluffton is the final town you get to before “crossing the bridge to Hilton Head Island and is a popular place to settle after living in the Midwest.” They add that “most of the residents are originally from New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan,” so it has a very Midwest feel.
