The final season is divided into two seven-episode arcs, picking up where Season 3 ended in the moments after Mexican cartel kingpin Omar Navarro (Felix Solis) executed his attorney Helen Pierce (Janet McTeer) in front of his money launderers Marty and Wendy Byrde (Laura Linney).
Series showrunner Chris Mundy told The New York Post, “At a certain point, something is going to have to give … as the whole train is hurdling 100 miles per hour.”
