While JAY Z‘s wife Beyonce is rumored to be in labor, and the fact that last minute, Jay didn’t show up for his “Songwriter’s Hall Of Fame” award.
Thankfully, something just as good came about when Former President Barack Obama put in a speech for HOV, saying “Jay you have been inspiring in making me want to be active in my retirement just like you’ve been in yours.”

Mr. Carter did not say where he was, but according to E!, he and Blue Ivy have been spotted at the hospital, and Beyonce’s family have been very much near the same location. This is what Jay had to say to his followers on Twitter:
