Here are 10 different essential oil scents and how they can benefit your overall well-being. We promise if you add these heavenly scents into your daily routine, you will not be disappointed!

1. Lavender

If you’re feeling a little stressed, this should be your go-to scent! According to the AromaTherapy.com, lavender can also help to heal “against cold, flu and migraines.”

2. Peppermint

Do you want to concentrate a little more? Add some peppermint indoor your diffuser. This scent can help enhance your mental alertness.

3.  Lemon

This scent is perfect to make you feel calmer. Entrepreneur.com reports that it’s best to use this oil when “you’re feeling angry, anxious or run down.”

 

4. Rosemary

You will smell your blues away with the help of Rosemary. Not to mention, if used topically, it can help to “relieve muscular aches and pains”, says Entrepreneur.com.
