Recently, Chrissy Teigen took to Instagram to share a seemingly innocent photo with her daughter.

However, some fans didn't find it cute at all.

In the photo, the pregnant mom held her daughter while going down a slide.

Apparently, there is an unwritten code in an imaginary parental handbook that this is not acceptable.

Fans were quick to point out that going down a slide with a child on your lap is actually very dangerous. The reasoning behind their warning stems from several children injuring their legs while going down a slide with their parent or guardian.

Fans went on to say that they have witnessed a child break a leg while going down a slide with a parent, or that they have a friend whose child has suffered an injury like this.

Yikes. Good to know. We happen to think Teigen is a great mom and will take the necessary precautions the next time little Luna ventures over to a slide at the playground.
