Recently, an African American teenager appeared on the Dr. Phil show to proclaim that she was caucasian.

Obviously, the audience and internet alike were confused, as by all accounts Treasure looks as though she is indeed black.

To make matters worse, the teen has some very narrow-minded views about black individuals -- Referring to them as unattractive and uneducated.

She goes on to say that she feels her caucasian roots in her blood and doesn't have any black characteristics -- Claiming to resemble Kim Kardashian, who as you know, is white.

As she made her grand entrance on the show, she wanted to clarify that she was not delusional, rather she was very intelligent.

At that time, Dr. Phil chimed in to say the two were not mutually exclusive, as delusional people can also be of high intelligence.

Clearly, Treasure has very distorted views about race and ethnicity and people had mixed reactions after her interview.

Some blamed Dr. Phil for exploiting the teen's views, while others said they would like to trade Treasure for Rachel Dolezal.

As you know, Rachel made headlines a few years ago while she was a civil rights activist who identified with African Americans, even though she was actually a white woman.

Rather than take offense, others took a more positive approach by saying Treasure isn't racist, rather she doesn't love herself.
