Tuesday (Oct. 22), marked the official start of NBA season, and basketball fans were recently sent into a frenzy after NBA icon Michael Jordan made a comment regarding Steph Curry during a recent interview.
Jordan sat down with Craig Melvin of the Today Show, and they talked about the importance of the clinic that Jordan recently opened in Charlotte, NC for those who are uninsured or underinsured.
They also talked about Michael Jordan's legacy during the interview. Craig had asked Jordan if he would still choose Hakeem Olajuwon, Magic Johnson, Scottie Pippen, and James Worthy for a pick-up game of basketball since he had mentioned them previously.
Jordan told Craig that he would and then explained why. Craig then responded by saying that Steph Curry shouldn’t be offended.
“I hope not, he’s still a great player, not a Hall of Famer yet though," Jordan replied before Craig busted into laughter.
