Nicki Minaj Threatens To Fire Tour DJ For Signing Boobs After Arrest
Nicki Minaj was arrested over the weekend while touring Europe, and the rapper has been angry about a lot of things. While the “Itty Bitty Piggy” rapper was being arrested in Amsterdam, her tour DJ was signing excited fans’ boobs.
As we reported, Minaj was stopped by the airport staff on Saturday (May 25) from leaving so that they could search her luggage for suspected drugs. The artist posted herself on Instagram asking why she was getting stopped after she had no problems going through customs. She claimed it was all “sabotage” and their search to be “illegal.”
Per Amsterdam City Rights, a website that says it “is a coalition of citizens and organizations uniting for the rights of undocumented people”: “Once there is a ‘reasonable suspicion of illegal residence’ the police is allowed to examine your personal belongings such as your bag, your phone and your housing accommodation.”
However, when Minaj, 41, saw DJ Boof, who has been accompanying her on her ongoing Pink Friday Tour 2, sign a fan’s boobs, she was seemingly outraged. She made it sound as if her tour DJ was on the chopping block after he posted a photo of himself signing a female fan’s breasts.
Minaj Threatens To Fire DJ Boof
The DJ shared a photo on his Instagram Stories of himself grinning while signing the happy fan’s boobs, captioning it: “I’m really famous [laughing emoji] They asked me to sign their boobs [laughing emoji].”
After a fan shared a screenshot of DJ Boof’s post on X (formerly Twitter), Nicki weighed in on Sunday. “I promise I’ll fire him if I EVAHHHHH see this again. Df,” she wrote while quoting the original post.
What Happened To The Manchester Date?
As for the award-winning artist’s canceled tour stop in Manchester, which she noted on X (formerly Twitter) as: “They’re trying to keep me from MANCHESTER,” she posted an update Monday (May 27) on the canceled date. Minaj said she couldn’t do any other rescheduled date than Monday, June 3rd, for her Barbz. She apologized to her fans for “all the inconvenience this has caused. I really hope you can make the #JUNE3rd show. It’ll be really special. Ticketmaster will contact you to advise officially.”
