I recently had alittle bit of a hair snafu. I had some miscommunication with my barber which lead to me shaving my head completely bald for the first time ever. To say this was a drastic change was an understatement.

“There are no mistakes, just happy accidents” – Boss Ross

It was a huge change for my co-workers and friends to experience:

I went about 2 weeks with this look (5 0 clock shadow after one week) and despite the fun and laughs I think I’m not ready for the bald life just yet. Now being transparent: I’m 35 years old and my hair has started to thin over the last few years. I’ve tried my best to keep my hair as long as I can but it’s my destiny. On both sides of my family, all the men eventually go bald. My father, grandfathers & uncles all rocking the look. When you can see the future in your bloodline then it isn’t so bad. And rocking this look I got a lot of compliments and helped me decipher my plan for my future bald look.

Tips For Being Bald!

  1. Have a nice shaped head. I luckily enough was bless with no dimples or it being lumpy.
  2. Don’t use a razor. Chatting with some bald guys. I heard different suggestions like clippers or nair to make it look as clean as possible. When I posted my photo I started getting ads for specialized head shapers so I will take that into consideration.
  3. Embrace it! Hulk Hogan and Jaheim are still holding on to that hair on the sides despite not having anything on top and that will never be me.

Now my bald life will still come soon but not now but until then here are some bald celebs I hope to rock the look like one day!

  • Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson

The Final Boss. The Peoples Champ. The Most Electrifying man of all entertainment. He has always been an inspiration with doing whatever he wants to do and he rocks the bald well.

  • Samuel L. Jackson

The man has rocked alot of wigs. And played a ton of characters but the bald look seems to be the standard. Also it works for being Shaft and Nick Fury.

  • Walter White

The character did have cancer but to break bad in Breaking Bad I think the bald look helped. To be called Heinsberg you gotta look like a Villain.

  • Mr. Clean

Undisputed Bald GOAT. If Clean is your specialty then you need to be clean. My boy kills it in the all white fit. One earring and bald head. That’s the ICON.

  • Michael Jordan

Stone Cold Steve Austin was bald and a great candidate but with The Rock filling the wrestling quota I needed to go to the true GOAT of Sports and that is Michael Jordan. Jordan’s are so big other sports guys are wearing the brand. He changed the game and did it with a clean look. So bald in a sense equals Greatness. So one day I can be in that club.
