Google Trends Ranks Most Popular Halloween Costumes For 2024. Halloween is almost here! Many of you plan for weeks to get your costume just right. Some of you wait until the last minute. Regardless if you’re a planner or just someone wings it, the list of the most popular costumes in 2024 is out so you can plan ahead.

Some of you may look at the list as a guide to follow to help make your decision as to what you want to dress up as. Others may look at the list as what to avoid dressing up as, just so you won’t look like everyone else. As far as movies,  “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” and “Deadpool & Wolverine” are definitely the inspiration behind some of this year’s more popular costumes.

  Delores is featured in the second installment of the movie BeetleJuice BeetleJuice.  She is Betelgeuse’s ex-wife who, in life, was a mysterious woman with unfinished business with Betelgeuse.

  Catnap is a character from the popular horror video “Poppy’s Playtime.”  

• #2 Raygun

  Raygun is the Australian breakdancer who won over all of our hearts at the 2024 Olympics. She had the worst moves yet people would love to be her for Halloween with her green track suit.

• #1 Shrunken Head Bob

  How can you not know about the most popular character from Beetlejuice? The better question is, how the hell do you get this costume on alone?
