DAILY UPDATE: 34 Positive Cases Now In Cumberland County
As of Thursday evening, Cumberland County now has 34 positive cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), an increase of seven from Wednesday’s update.
The country reported that all of the positive tests so far have come from residents over the age of 24. Of the 34 cases, 14 are 25-49 years old, 15 are 50-64 years old, and five are 65 or over.
Also of note, Cumberland County reminded residents “Not all cases of COVID-19 are tested, so this does not represent the total number of people in North Carolina who have or had COVID-19.”
The state now has 1,857 positive cases, with 16 deaths and 184 current hospitalizations.
