Lori Loughlin Released From Two-Month Prison Sentence Early
Lori Loughlin, who was sentenced to prison for two months for her role in the college admissions scandal, has been released from prison.
Per TMZ, Loughlin was actually released two days early from FCI Dublin in California. She entered the facility in late October three weeks before her November 19 deadline to begin her sentence for pleading guilty to wire and mail fraud.
TMZ notes, “She’ll be on two years of supervised release. She also has to perform 250 hours of community service.”
Loughlin’s husband, Mossimo Giannulli, was sentenced to prison for five months and is still serving his sentence.
As we previously reported, Loughlin and Giannulli paid college fixer William ‘Rick’ Singer $500,000 to get their two daughters into USC as rowing recruits. Actress Felicity Huffman was also involved in the college admission scandal and was sentenced to 14 days in prison last year.
