Lil Wayne’s daughter, Reginae Carter has been practicing her acting chops while social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. The budding actress recently took to Instagram to share videos of herself reenacting Angela Bassett’s iconic scene from the 1995 cult classic film Waiting to Exhale, directed by Forest Whitaker.
Carter reenacted the popular scene where Bassett (portraying Bernadine) cleaned out her closet, disposing of all of her husband’s suits and clothes after he told her that he was leaving her for his mistress.
