Which Cities Are the Best to Find a Job in North Carolina in 2022?
With the job market starting to improve, lots of people are back on the market and finding the best cities to find a job in North Carolina isn’t an easy task.
WalletHub.com did their best in trying to figure out how 2022 will play out for job seekers, and for those of us in the Tarheel State, it’s a mixture of good and bad news.
In the online publication’s Best Cities to Find a Job rankings, Raleigh came out on top in North Carolina, ranking No. 29 overall in the country. At the bottom of the list in North Carolina is Fayetteville, coming in at No. 163 out of 182 cities measured. Gulfport, Mississippi was No. 182 on the list. The top cities are listed at the bottom of this story.
The rankings were based on a look at 31 different metrics, including Job Opportunities, Unemployment Rate, Access to Employee Benefits and much more. Here’s a look at how the North Carolina cities ranked in the study came out:
