Rihanna & A$AP Rocky: Inside Their Intimate Baby Shower

It was rumored that Rihanna canceled her baby shower due to A$AP Rocky’s sudden arrest last week, but it has been reported that Rihanna and A$AP’s baby shower actually did happen.

Sources told The Sun that RiRi was “crying non-stop” in response to the arrest, which ultimately led to the cancelation of the baby shower. New reports now say that Rihanna and A$AP reportedly hosted their rave-themed baby shower at a studio in Hollywood. The pair kept the shower “super intimate and private” and invited family and close friends of the couple, as HipHollywood and Entertainment Weekly reports.

To ensure the couple had privacy at the event, Rihanna and Rocky had guests have their phones locked in pouches upon arrival, the outlet notes. Filming and photography were prohibited. However, one item from the baby shower rave was found on Twitter, RiRi and Rocky’s t-shirt to commemorate the event. “I Went To Rih & Rocky’s Rave Shower And All I Got Was This Amazing Shirt,” the shirt said with a baby photo of Rihanna and A$AP on the front.

Rihanna and Rocky’s baby shower comes days after Rocky was arrested at LAX Airport in connection to a November 2021 shooting. He was released on $550,000 bail.
